The Baale in Council comprises of the Chiefs Leaders ,Baales and the people living in Igbe have just taken a decision stopping the movement of Boolars and scavengers in the whole towns of Igbe.
In a meeting going on at the town hall in Igbe, it was resolved that all CDA should restrict the movement of the Boolas and scavengers in Igbe as a whole
