At Docemo Street the market is filled with no space for cars to pass. Electricity is a scarce commodity so everyone needs a generating set to break even in business. One of the sets been used on the 4th floor was on but its also short of fuel and needed to be refuel without putting the generator of so it does not disrupt business, in the process a fire started and instead of dealing with it at that same spot, they decided to throw it into the streets which is filled with all sorts of markets and the buildings too are shocked
